Michael and Scott undertook a total makeover for a bathroom in our house that was built in 1853. I cannot speak highly enough of their efforts. Naturally helpful and friendly they were also the consummate professionals. They arrived exactly as and when promised, performed perfectly and provided a bathroom of which we are very proud. We were so impressed that we then asked them to provide a pergola in keeping with the house and that result is also beyond our expectations. Michael and Scott had the behemoth task of redoing our deck from scratch. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not only was their workmanship, and attention to detail impeccable, but each night, they left the place spotless. Everything was tidied up, and there was not a speck of dust left anywhere. Communication and scoping was done well from the beginning and they were patient with any questions I had (I had many). Due to external factors the scope had to be expanded significantly but this was done carefully and with consideration to long term goals, budget and quality.

As with any renovation, there were hiccups and surprises (turns out the roof is leaked into the apartment after a massive storm) but my experience with the Chaptr team was nothing but positive, they only helped in reducing the stress and worries. If I ever need help again I’ll contact them without hesitation.
